I use an eclectic mix of Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Modification, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. Beyond that, I utilize a holistic approach that embodies empathy and am always engaged in continuing my education as I am dedicated to growth in my own practice.
